The Welds are inactive for some reason, it only moves a certain part of the door.

It is probably to do with something with the gray welds. Can you show me the properties of one of them?
You need to reselect the parts for Part0 and Part1 in those greyed constraints, and make sure the enabled property is set to true also.
Here is the properties, I does not let me enable it.
It has been fixed, To anyone who has this problem in the future, you cannot have any normal welds touching your door or inside your door parts
