Welds, joints, and weld constraints aren't properly replicating to the client in game


As you can see, the cframe property of the welds aren’t being properly replicated with I press play. There aren’t any LocalScripts or Scripts that could be affecting this, and it is incredibly annoying when I can’t get these parts to maintain their offset from the body.

I’ve attached an rbxl file to test. Even when I anchor this part and turn of CanCollide, it still gets rotated when I press play.
