Welds make the part its welded to not move if its inside it

Basically im trying to make a clone of my body stick to my torso, but the problem is if its inside i can’t move with my body:

Is there any fix to this?

Verify the clone/parts are not anchored, and they are massless. Probably want to make then non-collide as well.
