What am I missing in my NPC to keep it's joints together?

I recently made a hostile NPC for my game, I believe I have all the joints necessary, but the head will not stay on.

can collide is on for everything and every Motor6D is positioned correctly

try reconnecting the Part0 and Part1 properties in the “Neck” Motor6D (sometimes studio lies to you and says they’re connected when they’re actually not, so re-do them even if it says it’s connected)

other possibilities maybe, but probably not

  • either the Active or Enabled properties in the Motor6D are set to false
  • a script is deleting it/causing it to be disconnected (something moving or rotating the head could cause it to disconnect automatically)
  • the humanoid is dying somehow, thus breaking the joints
  • the humanoid is set to an r15 preset instead of r6 (RigType property)
  • the RequiresNeck property in the humanoid

I reloaded studio and apparently I have schizophrenia because it said that motor6d joint never existed.
