What are the best sites/apps that I could use to create icons on mobile.
Also do you have any additional advice?

Hello. Making stuff like this on mobile isn’t the best idea, but if you have to, I know an app. I’d recommend using Photoshop Mix. It’s free, but I’m not sure if it’s on Android. It is on iOS.

A lot of people don’t recommend creating icons on mobile, but I’m going to attempt to make a few. So, thank you for your help.

I recently started using Ibspaint and PicsArt.
They’re both pretty easy, but I’ve found that PicsArt is easier to use.

You can use Pixlr Mobile App.

It is a great app for easy and express photo editing and with a very good and easy UI.

You can try out Canva if you’re going for a minimal look. Otherwise, if you have some experience with drawing, I suggest you use Ibis Paint and PicsArt for photo editing. GLHF!
