Some ui objects have a property called ‘modal’, and I am very curious about it.
Does someone know what it is? If so, can you please reply with an answer?

I mean just search up stuff on the dev hub. Its one quick search. It tells if the mouse should be locked in position when holding down left/right click on a gui button
