What are some good software recommendations for roblox ui design?

I’m looking for a software that will be my go-to for UI Design as I start my journey. Please don’t include Adobe as I’m not paying for all that.

These are the kinds of styles I’m looking to be able to create:

and stuff like the above so I can become a very universal designer.

I’m able to put money into a software but I don’t want to be paying high amounts if it’s subscription-based.

Adobe Dreamweaver OR Adobe Illustrator is the way to go! I do not recommend this but if you’re looking to not spend money and get both softwares for free send me a DM at rkain#9830

Procreate, if you have an iPad use it, it’s very useful, professional, easy to use and gives amazing results!
There’s also Procreate Pocket if you don’t have an iPad
Procreare isnt subscription based (except for the brushes which isn’t needed) and it costs 30$ (for me) and for Procreate Pocket 9$ (for me), but it’s worth it

Just use Figma, it’s free and it was made for UI design.

I’m not sure what figmas limitations are as the only tutorials I see with it are very modern looking uis but I’m looking to make more stylized uis.

Do you think an alternative like Affinity Designer (closeset alternative) would do the job?

there are some websites for free to download in photoshop which my followers recommanded me.
