What are the correct game thumbnail sizing?

I have tried making thumbnails, and they are always the wrong size. What is the correct size so it fits correctly? Thank you for the help! [Sorry if this is the wrong category]

There are posts on this topic already. It is 1920x1080. Roblox supports .png and .jpg formats for thumbnail images, although .png is recommended. β€œIt is also recommended to use images with a resolution of 1920x1080 so that it displays nicely across all platforms (Xbox, Mobile, Computer). Pixels as well if you do not know already.
