Bonus points for making him taller. I like him so far! Are the upper legs thicker than the lower? It’s hard to tell. If not I would make the thighs thicker than the calves. It’ll help Z-fighting and look a bit more realistic.

I just saw the animation. If you’re willing to take critique on it I’d say make the axe a bit smaller (it’s huge relative to him) and make him swinging it behind his head take a bit longer and make the axe-swing-down animation start slow and end fast.
The GIF makes him look crazy with that face o_O

That seems to be it, you have to stick it in a RenderStepped loop though otherwise the cframe is normalised again on the next frame.

Remember how smooth terrain didn’t have any textures when exported to .obj?
I’ve made a system that adds roblox terrain textures to any map by calculating it’s height and slope angle. It still needs a bit of tweaking but it shows amazing results so far!
