I think they’d look more natural if they were different shapes, sizes and slightly different colours. Also if they were in clusters rather than them being evenly spread? I dunno what you’re going for or using them for so meh

Yeah, may add a few different trunk variations that have different distortions and potentially roots. The image above was just me placing a ton randomly to stress test, I’ll likely be placing them a lot closer and in clusters later.

Lol, yeah, I thought about that. It probably will be, but it does show the level of the player you are aiming at, so hopefully people won’t be so dumb as to think a level 100 player has the worst possible ship.
Heh, no I’m not calculating the tooth profiles on the fly, they’re just faked to look that way.

Super Cold, x_o had a fairly good system and some of that seemed to go into the Game Jam at the Dev Conference.
