Same project, just something a bit more energetic this time.
I need this for my project :o
I’m working on my 2D shooter, taking feedback on it. I will be improving the game over the next coming weeks and I will also begin adding in more systems and working on the graphics. I am pumped for it.
Some volumetric fog hacks for a map I’m creating. Not quite sure if I’ll include it yet, more just playing around.
Wait… How???
Looks like particles fading in and out with no speed.
Finally got clouds done. If you wanna know how the clouds are a decal plus more transparent imageLabel to show behind fog.
I’ve been working on Paris off and on for my travel simulator, World Expedition.
So far I’ve only gotten the Eiffel Tower done, since I don’t have much time for development anymore with my position at ROBLOX
Hopefully I can finish the city up sooner or later
As a builder myself I have to say that that tower is stunning and you did an outstanding job
How many parts did it take to build it?
Thank you so much! I really appreciate that
In total, this was close to 40,000 parts haha. Needless to say people with slow computers won’t have the most fluent experience in-game xD
As of now I am trying to create my own custom character physics so I can make a better web swing! Fair warning, it’s a bit rough, and I’m abusing a bug within the code to make my character rise like he does.
Large part with a particle emitter; main properties are roughly:
Rate ~1000 (I didn’t do much optimising. This is probably way too high)
Lifetime ~4
Z-index ~10 (this can make quite a huge difference)
Transparency ~0.9
Size ~3.5
And of course a good foggy texture too
FIND looks like FIAD.
Stanley continued to walk around the hall, perplexed by its seemingly impossible geometry, to see if it would change. Although he knew it would always lead him to the same place, Stanley still wanted to see if it would change. What compelled Stanley to look for this change, when nothing indicated it would change? Maybe it was insanity. Maybe he had snapped. Or maybe it was because what had occurred prior in the day. Previously, his life with his coworkers was the same day after day after day, and then it changed. He did no know why, but it happened. Maybe the same could be true for this hall; Stanley would see the same turns and the same straights hundreds, maybe thousands of times, and they would always be the same. But maybe it would change for the thousand and ninth time. Or if not maybe the thousandth and tenth. Or eleventh. Either way, Stanley did not know what was going on or why it happened, and that alone was enough to keep Stanley moving.
Some more pew pew pew.
The UI is being re-written, right now, we don’t really have a UI, that is really worth showing.
(Yes, I know, The dock is to small for that ship, there are some bugs that are stopping it from using the bigger hangars.)
Extra stuff
I modified the fire rate to be ridiculous, won't be there on release though. Each gun has 2 barrels which fires around 30 rounds/secThe only lag that actually happens with the weapons is always sound related.

That ship’s cannons looks like they would lag.
A lot.
Believe me, they have no lag what so ever. the only lag I ever encounter with my systems is ALWAYS sound related.
Plus, they won’t nearly have that fire rate on release.
