Opinions now?

Booty too flat.

Humans have giant muscles on the bootius-maximus for running long distances.

Also the knwws look weird. There’s like 3 bumps on them.

don’t mean to be lazy but, can I have a copy of the .blend in its current progress? its flatness is just what I need for an anthro template to use for sculpting.

Try working with low polys when sculpting to get the general shape correct before adding detail, that’s one of the main things people get caught out on. Then you can go in and smoothen things out and add the little stuff after. You’ve already gotten some nice feedback, but I’ll just reiterate it anyway

  • The face is flat, try bring out the front a little buit and give him a forehead/nose
  • The toes look extremely long - again like I said, low-poly first, get the proportions right!
  • The legs are strange you should have thick thighs and the calf should stick out at the back, whole the shins pretty much follow what the skeleton is like
  • Give him a butt
  • Arms are pretty much there, just need a few touch ups, ALWAYS USE REFERENCE

Sure I can add more booty. It’s just that I wasn’t sure whether ROBLOX would allow it then :worried: :stuck_out_tongue:

@GuestCapone Of course  Just make sure to add some credits to me and/or a link to my project (Empire of Omaegar).

@jcfc Thank you for the feedback! I’ll try resolving those things.
As for the head, I’ll make the nose, eyes, mouth, etc. separately for extra customization.

Edit: I’ve honestly tried a loong time trying to make those toes. Could you give me some advice on them perhaps?
Edit2: I didn’t sculpt at all yet actually  This is just made by moving vertices.

Knowing your anatomy is extremely helpful. Studying human body parts, muscles and bone sctructure makes your work a lot easier and will greatly improve end results. Tracing the shape from reference images is a good start, but i highly recommend starting on one limb instead of an entire body.

I’ve changed some stuff already
I have some reference images. But they’re not too ‘detailed’ because I don’t like to see inside parts.

As for studying human bodyparts, muscles and bone structures, I never had biology on school. So all I can do is follow advice and feedback.

There are many ways to learn about anatomy. You can go to art school, or follow online courses. You can even crack open a book if you’re that desperate.

These are a few sketches i had to make during class. I have never drawn human anatomy in my life. They teach this stuff really well.

I’m on ICT college, there’s nothing to draw here lol… Just coding HTML, CSS, PHP, JS, etc.
They look great though!

This is what I have now for the male human body! Opinions @maplestick @ScriptOn @jcfc @GuestCapone @Weeve?

(Sorry for the tags, pls don't kill me)

Ye finally made a decent K9. Funny thing is, this was originally supposed to be a hood ordinate for my interceptor… but I kinda got sidetracked…

I re-did all these chairs to allow for better tail accommodation, because somehow I missed that the first time around.

Also, barstools and slightly more interior decoration.

I’ll finish this eventually, I swear!

you forgot to tag me ;^;

for learning muscular topology. i find it’s best to model it to the extreme, then learn to tone it down.

for example.

(i’d show the rest, but i don’t want @GuestCapone to eyebleach himself again)
also, it’s best to have things in an “at rest” position.
so have the hands parallel to the body, and the arms about in a T pos

also, as for the legs.

have a bit of separation between the legs. as well as a kind of… crease in a V-shape starting from the top of the hips down.

Example, possibly NSFW depending where you work

also, i made a hand
