I’m really liking how much of an improvement this is from the last few versions of the game. Workbench 1 is from 2012, workbench 2 is from 2015, and workbench 3 is from this year.

It doesn’t use the Draggable property. Draggable is for useful for dragging entire menus around. What you are replying to looks like it just reads mouse position upon holding it down and then updates a few frames and colors.
But the mouse position is in pixels and that wont work will it.
If pixels aren’t enough then I don’t know how else you would do it. Draggable guis could never be rotated anyway. Some basic trig to calculate the rotation angle based on the mouse position is enough.
