Stock, got a bit more to learn before I can do an environment like that myself, but that’s future goals. Simple process breakdown if you’re interested.

ah ok. Now that I notice it, that thing is massive compared to the lane sizes lol. Thats one thing I dealt with a lot.

I don’t know why, but I really like this low poly teddy bear commission. :teddy_bear:

All hail the decimate modifier.

That bear looks :+1:, but it can be definitely be improved to look cleaner. A rule of thumb with low poly models is to try to get the majority of triangles around the same size/shape. some triangles I see here are loooong, and others are pretty much equilateral. Get them to be equilateral, and the appearance of the model will look a ton better. Nice model anyhow

Oh I am aware; the person requesting the model specifically wanted it as a messy low poly look as posted. I personally would agree with your comment and in fact had a more uniform model, but they preferred the look of this one.

Thanks!

I’ve decided to remake a digital painting from Polish Artist Dawid Planeta.

The art style reminds me of Limbo

:frowning: Wish ViewportFrame lighting was a bit better. Backdrop is bright but the gun stays dreary.

Curious as to why you’re using a ViewportFrame here?
Just ease of use?
This seems like a case where you don’t need it

Although I agree 100%

I want to blur the backdrop so the weapon is more visible on it. I used black neon before but since that was removed I have switched to this.

Seems a bit silly but the only idea I’d have if you want to do that is take a picture of your backdrop and blur it. If it’s blurred, the 1024p max image resolution shouldn’t be too big of a deal anyways :man_shrugging:

It’d be nice if we could make a model be excluded from Blur objects somehow

DOF would be nice but I don’t think that’s happening anytime soon so I’ll have to stick with this for now.
