I’m not sure how @Alkan did it, but one way to do it is to run the physics simulation first and use a script to record all of the part positions, then set the colors, then run your “recorded” version so every part goes back to the same place with the proper colors. To my understanding, this is how it’s done in other programs, too. Those usually have built in record/playback mechanisms, but in Roblox you have to write your own.

Did some optimizations, got 1000 parts working client side. My computer is decently beefy though so I’d like to eventually get this tested on some other machines.
