What are you working on currently? (2019)

It’d be nice if roblox could support pressure sensitivity from graphics tablets.

Imagine making a drawing app from studio? Then being able to convert it to an image format.

Oooo I like, however I would use cylinders instead of a square shape part for the rope parts, besides that lookin good :stuck_out_tongue:

You could also use rope constraints.

Getting caught up with my commissions, and getting some things in order to do another pass on my character Blu… previous results were good, but not exactly something I would want to animate and port to unity. Besides that, I’ve been making some assets for my friends game.

Roblox is the best for school and college projects.
In my IT L3 class we had to create robots to demonstrate how various sensors work.
I asked my tutor if I could use studio, and I ended up making a simple A I vehicle with 3 sensors.

Granted it crashed every now and again, but Roblox is kind of the ideal learning and experimentation tool.

Looks like I’m gonna have to practice my osu!standard…looks like it’s coming along very nicely! Always nice to see more rhythm games pop up. (also nice choice of song/map for testing/development)

Yup! I actually made a thread regarding that.

Been working extensively on upgrading every steam locomotive on the game Steam Age recently!
Waving goodbye to the former simplistic art style of ‘plain wheels’, and making them more detailed in what will be one of the game’s biggest updates.

Below is a comparison between the new and old styles, and all 19 locomotives in their upgraded form:

Here’s a GIF demonstrating what the locomotives should look like in action, once all animations are fully set up. Credits to @NWSpacek & @Supersnel11 for making this possible!

Good advice, but I like using square parts.
It’s just a style I’m more comfortable with :stuck_out_tongue:

this was oddly relaxing to create…

I have been taking a break from composing for now until new requests come in. So my time has been focused on creating buildings for a Police RP group. Buildings that can be used in the city for RP scenarios such as this, the Plaza Mall (formally known as Union County Plaza Mall.) Just finished it a couple days ago but making adjustments still. So far it is being used in their map with great feedback and scenarios revolving around it!

For once I see a human on roblox that doesn’t look like nightmare fuel. Good job.

Yeah I almost went with this a few years back:

This one has fully articulated hands, eyes and eyebrows (click gif for animation):

Each hand is 16 joints, but Shard Seekers has a LOD system that can easily replace the entire hand assembly with a single mesh (and also unload obstructed or off-screen characters).

The female model shouldn’t be too hard. I think I can just re-scale the hands and replace the head/torso mesh. If it looks wrong I’ll need to give the female model its own rig and animations. The hardest part will be lip-syncing.
