Ran into a weird glitch where explosions only replicated on the client side even though I wrote the explosion to happen on the server side. Idk what that was about…

Haven’t built in this style for so long. Definitely improved since my last project.
Hello gamers! I’m current working on Shores, the F3X-based building game.
There you can build, fight and RP (even though I haven’t worked on RP elements yet).
I started development in late August but forgot about it for a while before releasing on November 5th this year. Ever since I pushed a handful of updates and now I am taking a short break from working on it, but I hope to get back to it soon!
I’m really proud of the saving system because it enables the most pro of builders to build away without thinking about brick count, the only limit to saving and loading is the time you are willing to put into saving and loading your projects (under 20k it usually takes under 30 seconds).
I also took advantage of ROBLOX’s easy to use localization feature in order to make a french localization of the game. Which while mostly complete still misses some translated text mostly due to F3X featuring a lot of dialog windows.
(Don’t pay attention to the developer tool that indicates instance path)
In the game you can also make vehicles of your own and mechanisms using vehicle seats and motors you can configure at will!.

Haven’t posted here in a while; I’ve been busy really refining Blox. In addition to proper entity support (not half-baked like Classic’s entities) I’ve been working on making worlds much larger and making the terrain awesome. Take a look for yourself:

Been working on reload animations for apoc 2 for a few months now and they’re finally at the point where we can start sharing videos of them.
Replited tweet is an editor plugin for keyframe related events (sound playback, visual effects, mag re welding), the linked tweet is the reload animation in game with some of the procedural and roblox animation layers being factored in.
Pretty excited to get this into our production build soon.
Ubisoft has a tool that does this for their games and i tried dabbling with it, but didnt get very far. very cool, thank you.
Nothing too impressive, but I’ve always wanted to make a camera that had constraints and I’ve finally done it. It also has some nice damping thanks to @Crazyman32’s SmoothDamp module.
