I am currently working on an entirely low poly role play based game. I just started working on this idea a day ago but I really think it has potential.
I’m new to low poly but I don’t think is a terrible example of it. If you have any tips on how I can improve the simple things or tips for getting into low poly I would love to hear them! Also what lighting does everyone use? How would I add a sur-real effect to the game using lighting?
Oh wow, that’s awesome! I’ll send you a DM to not derail the thread too much.

A short while ago i made a few interior scenes for a doctor’s office. Some furniture is missing as they had to be drawn in 2D by other members for our group project.
I couldn’t even tell they were renders for a second! @coolcool11223

I built a really quick low poly map with ShadowMap lighting for @Avastru which turned out looking really nice.
In total, I spent 1hr 35m on it, with the last 15 minutes of the build spent on organising workspace to make it more accessible for Avastru.
Looks very nice! I really like it. Why don’t you try creating more hills, bumps, and make it look more natural? You should also add stuff in the background to make the player seem like they’re in a large world. Other than that very nice job!
