Don’t know what the poster uses specifically, but springs are quite a popular way to make really nice feeling and natural camera. Typically critically
damped springs. They do take a bit of annoying tuning of numbers until things feel nice, but I’d give them a read if you’re interested in that (popular across all of game dev, so just a general google search would be ok).
