Was bored today so I began remaking Deathmatch Classic by Valve (very old Half-Life mod), also related to Quake Deathmatch. Currently in the process of making a classic looking FPS viewmodel (view + gun bobs up and down when moving)

I am a very okay Blender UserTM
The hardest part of making this was exporting the animation as a WebM with an alpha channel, because apparently even though the WebM video codec has been implemented into Blender for years, the full WebM encoding container (which is required for RGBA) was only added in version 2.81. So I had to upgrade Blender, change a bunch of settings to get things back to where they were before, and then export. I’m so glad nothing broke.
