What are your opinions on my new UI style

I’ve begun working on a new UI style for my game, and I’d appreciate some tips and feedback

I’m using Adobe XD

looks pretty good but for the first image I think its pretty empty for a main menu screen.

What do you think I could add to it ?

Very neat with good polish, not overly complex yet not too simplistic.
Have you implemented any animations between transitions, or simply UI style alone?

Overall great work, very eye catching.

No the UI is static rn, however I have ideas for transitions and effects that I will use to bring everything together – its just a matter of weather I can implement them or not.

Looks pretty good its minimalistic and not ever the top. The first image looks a little empty.

I’ll add the chat back and a leader board to see if that makes a difference :+1:

WOW!!! That looks so clean! Keep it up man! :+1:

It’s actually good. I love how neat the UI is.

I think it looks great, but I think vertical gradients can be added to the progress bars and/or buttons.
Turning something like this:

Into this:

But of course, make it a little more vibrant and noticable than that.

I’d say I prefer it without any gradient, since it would kind of change the simplistic style and make it look a bit like a simulator-styled UI. There’s a good possibility that I’m wrong because I’m imagining it in my own head, which of course makes things look either too good or too bad.

Then, I’d consider a bright, slim 1px border to go around certain buttons, of course as an inset. It would be fully colored and bright, and if you imagine it, it might look cool.

Could you show me an image of this style, I can’t picture what you are describing,

No problem!
Something like this for a progress bar or button:

Wouldn’t I have to be using a darker background for this red+black colour scheme? In my game the colours are rather vibrant and bright. I’m using a black inset as shown to contrast against the bright colours, but I’ll try using a bright inset for certain buttons and elements. Thanks !

Yeah, I would use this in the loading screen, since it might blend nicely.

What font is that? I really like it and I think I want to use that for my UI.

Very nice UI though, the line through the title screen is not necessary imo.

I’m no better than the creator of the UI but I’d think that it has some sort of TextStroke applied.

No, I am asking what kind of font it is, not stroke.
