What can I do to improve my ParticleEmitter explosion?


I recently made an explosion using ParticleEmitters, which looks decent now, but I feel as if it’s missing something. I’m not sure what I could do to improve the explosion effect, so I’m turning to the Developer Forum for feedback.

Any ideas on how I can improve the effect?

When something explodes there’s usually some sort shrapnel that flies through the earth such as the ground, metal, etc. Also seeing as it’s a high rate of force and a quick expulsion I’d make a loud of smoke shoot up and have one linger after wards instead of one that forms and just lingers. Suggestion: After your done with that whatever you exploding you should make a fire particle and light it on fire.
