Wow that’s a really good background! But a few issues I see are that it lacks poses. The characters look stiff and boring. Maybe add more to the pose by taking inspiration from poses online. Or posing yourself!
I would also suggest adding trash on the ground and maybe a dumpster nearby and such as it seems to be a tight alley way. Maybe also add some cans on the ground to show that the graffiti is new. Also maybe add trash bags? Also you could add some boxes laying around?
All the things above are PURELY optional but would add more to the environment.

This GFX looks great! The edges/corners look too dark though, they should be a bit brighter. Otherwise, nice job on this! How long did it take for you to create this GFX?

I think it misses some “smoke”, as it looks like a spraying game, we would except to see some smoke, fog or whatever that can cover it up
