What can i edit about this GFX?

I made a GFX with the aim to try to take advantage of photo editing as much as possible (I’m using photopea).

I would appreciate if you could tell me what ideas you have that you think would fit this GFX!

Thanks!

Not what I asked. I asked what you think I should do when I’m in photopea and photo-editing. Maybe you are the wrong person to ask

You could try adding a Vignette effect, play around with the Levels & Saturation, even make the eyes glow shiny red.
Also, try putting some Shadows behind the character which would give it a more in-depth effect, making it look like he’s actually leaning on the wall.

feedback on the gfx itself: the guy’s leg looks chopped off, he should be in a more arms crossed position and you need to improve lighting and cap positioning. what can you add? maybe wet brick wall or floor, glowing lightning eyes, improve the clothing, et cetera. just because you’re going to edit it doesn’t mean you should make it bad lighting.

Sorry i should have clarified, but basically i’m trying to do a BennyProductions style edit. Idk if you have heard of him but basically he makes really cool stuff out of trash images and that’s what i wanted to do here so i can practice photo editing(i agree about the chopped leg and cap though). Also those are great ideas! TY!

yup i heard of him, i just found out about him last week actually.

more suggestions: add shadows, glares, light spots, dark spots, and make it more realistic like a filmic blender render

is he in an alleyway? if so change the floor to concrete and perhaps some trash on the floor and maybe a trash can

Maybe make use of a background blur, vignette sort of details, make the character ‘pop out’ more from the background, and try some lighting effects.

I changed the blender render before going to edit.

Looks much better now. (textures abruptly end though but i’m not bothered to change it over such a small thing)

roadside brickwall with no cars traffic lights, other people, graffiti, etc? fix that in editing or something and extend the sidewalk or something idk

Tbh i don’t really want to add all that as thats just changing the whole GFX, its supposed to be just one guy on a street, also what are u talking about with the sidewalk, it literally goes off the page???

Also this is my progress in photopea so far I REALLY like it

Looks a little plain, I’d suggest adding some more people and graffiti (what ice said). The bump on the brick wall and sidewalk isn’t really convincing, it doesn’t really pop out. I’d also suggest adding an asphalt material to the road. Overall good job!

For your recent edit: The fog is really thick and hard to see the character

Ok ill turn down the opacity a bit (also fixed the shadows)

Better???

You could take it up a step further and add fog in the Blender scene

oooooo I’ll make sure to try that out, it looks pretty cool.

MY MASYERPIECE IS FINISHED! (10/10 for drama lol)

Here are some things I noticed:

RED: The floor and the wall look weird together so I suggest changing the floor material and color to something else.
BLUE: I suggest that you rotate his foot so that we can see a little bit of it, so he doesn’t look like a pirate who needs a pegleg
Other than that, the GFX looks great :grinning:

Thanks! Also i have a revised one now (reply above yours)

it really is good, yep. but in some places it just looks like an overlay (places where there is less smoke). it also look like smoke not fog.

I’m glad you like it! Also i just realized i searched up smoke overlay and not fog :expressionless: :expressionless:
