I havent used photopea myself, but I can guarantee you that no free web tool will ever come close to what photoshop can offer to you.

I just tried it and imported a .psd with a lot of adjustment layers. It’s almost 100% an exact copy of Photoshop, it’s mind-blowing. My file was imported without any scratches, from the adjustment layers, the blending mode, the color grading, the guides. I don’t think there’s a single feature missing except for the color lookup presets. I just looked up its pricing plans: it has a free an pro version though, and the free one limits you to 30 steps in history. Would like to thank you for introducing me to Photopea as well, haha…

its cool i guess?
it lacks a few features that i commonly use but it seems to have a lot of stuff that u’d need for creating work

usability though? its performance is pretty shit - working in anything above 1920x1080 you start to really notice the delay from the brush tool when using pressure with either brush size or opacity - for me this kind of kills the deal since the tool i use the most is the brush tool , primarily for over painting on renders.
i tried to merge like 25 layers of a psd i had lying around ( res of 3840 x 2160 ) and well google died so

ive only used it for like 10 minutes but the performance and delay are already two massive deal breakers for me

if you are planning on making pretty basic stuff then its probably okay? its like a slow and lackluster photoshop - which is still pretty good considering its a free online service so

shrug
depends on what ur doing lmao

@TheHumanball I used it before,It is look like photoshop and have tons of function same as photoshop, u should try it!
