no, you don’t get the point. He wants you to SUGGEST colors. The greyness is just there because he hasn’t DECIDED the colors yet. The feedback is for the building

You should use some grey, brown, and black colors. Modern Cafés often look a bit darker in terms of color. You should also put some plants and trees around and in the Café to make it look more welcoming.

I would suggest using beige or cashmere as the main color, and dark stone grey as a secondary color.

For a cafe, I think that you should use a dark brown outline and a light peach color for the exterior of the building.

May I suggest using a web search like
cafe front colour scheme
and look at the search engines images returned.
You may find some inspiration from those.
