What Counts as "Work" for my Work History on the Talent Hub?

I want to represent my skills as best I can on the talent hub. However, the vast majority of my prior “work” is volunteer and quite a lot of it is well below the bar of what I would call a true “job”. In addition, the vast majority of my skill is only represented in what amounts to personal and semi-personal projects.

Basically, I’m just wondering if it’s appropriate to list the following in my work history:

  • Textures that I made and submitted by my own volition for free to be added to a game on which I’m otherwise not an official developer
  • A fairly impressive mod I made for a game
  • Creature design work I did for a non-Roblox community project that operates entirely on fan submissions
  • Creature design work I did for a personal non-Roblox project

These all can be a part of your portfolio
But remember that some people will not find this impressive, even though its work

In conclusion, with that work, the chances of being hired is less than if youve done commissions before, but not 0

I mean, I have technically been commissioned before…

…to draw people’s furry OCs.

…I’m not putting that on the talent hub.
