Have you advertised the game at all? Sometimes all a game needs to gain traction is some advertisement.

First of all, the game thumbnail isn’t appealing to an audience. The text is way too small and it just looks boring in my opinion. The background looks basic and plain, so players wouldn’t give a second thought about it. And a random noob in the image doesn’t help at all. The image doesn’t seem to connect to “Chaotic Newspapers.” Try adding more stylish fonts and add more attractive features to your icon, like: Good text, cool images, vivid colours and life to the image. Second, you should try advertising or sponsoring your game. Right now, players looking for a nice game to play would directly skip this one because it doesn’t stand out well.

Sorry for being so harsh on you but I’m trying to give you constructive criticism.

Now, if you have lost all hope, here is what you can do:

  1. Archive it
  2. Turn it into a new game
  3. Give it away

Now, if you dont want to do that, add some passes, and a good thumbnail. I wouldnt click on it like that

I don’t think you can say a game flopped with only 240 visits. Getting team based games off the ground is hard because if the servers are empty players leave which causes the servers to be empty.

If you think your game is worth it you should advertise it (ads, sponsors, social media, etc). I’m not an expert on advertising so I won’t advise you on that.

If you don’t think your game is worth it Coolsbloxian has some good options.

Edit: Sorry I spelled your name wrong Coolsbloxian!

I meant Coolsbloxian, the person who replied before me.

I think your game is fun and has potential. I played it when you had the bike, which I really liked, the car and now the new mail truck. It is difficult when you are the only player to do all the jobs to finally get to deliver the papers.

All that aside, I am sure most of us have made multiple games that have gone nowhere and only get a few thousand plays over the course of a year. I go back to mine periodically and still introduce new things. For me personally, it is all about the learning experience and building your skills.

Spend 300$ on advertising or open source.

300$ in ads intelligently is enough to give any good games a stable concurrent for months.
However, it doesn’t mean buying Roblox’s expensive Robux and bidding it randomly, therefore since the game is not that polished yet, you might want to fix the game itself first!

I really love your game, but there’s some issues to it, like the thumbnail being plain and not having much to it, you can always add more elements and colors to it. Move the options to chose a team to the middle of the screen and make them vibrant and big, instead of being transparent, including the tutorial button would definitely make a great change in my opinion.

As for the actual game, the map is nice but could some more details, I really like the cardboard characters and the music, though you need to add more to the map, like a park infront of the bike shop. Another issue I faced playing the game was not being able to outrun the monsters, I didn’t know you could sprint, and the vans are really hard to get in and out of, I think making them go through would help a lot.

Who is Collsbloxian? Is he a youtuber

That’s me lol, its just spelled wrong

Your game is really cool and fun!

I love the tweening in the tutorial, and I love the small little cardboard noob art!

One thing that hasn’t been mentioned that I’d like to say is that the main game feels like it could have some music, at least some ambient, as even the tutorial and the chaos shop has some!

Other than that, I think your game has so much potential, with the only problem being the first impressions causing players to leave before even finding the fun in it.

You should also add a reason to join back into the game, like daily rewards, etc.

Summary: DON’T GIVE UP ON THIS GAME, IT’S FUN AND WILL BE LOVED BY MANY. Just a few first impression fixes, some intelligently done sponsoring/advertizing and you’re good to go!

Good luck!
