. However, I would add a tiny bit more blur to make things looks more natural (like 0.2). The video seems low quality so i cant see 100% for sure.

Look really realistic!
I like all the particles, making the place feel almost abandoned. As well as those sunrays at the window, looks realistic. The textures and lighting work great together too. I only have three suggestions: the stairs are unrealistically small, you should make them much bigger. Also, the lights just look like a floating neon clump, they definitely need more detail. I’m not sure what the context of this build/game is, but I feel like it could be a bit darker, might help with making it scarier.
It really gives off a horror game vibe, well done.
