I like the basic design, little padding errors here and there but I think it’s alright (example: X button, lock button)
Also I would be careful with planning to recreate the game “Arsenal” because I’m pretty sure it is DMCA’able if you copy someone’s entire game design and recreate their assets. I know it’s for fun, but moderation on it’s own can be weird sometimes so just be careful.

Well, this was from March 2021 after all, I think I might make a revamp of this and turn it into a proper working mod panel, and put it up on community resources or somethin

You should! I think a lot of us would definitely check that out.
From my experiences, the buttons use imagelabels to make cool shapes and there are layers to the background so it doesn’t look plain.
Good start though.
Progress so far on an upgraded, functioning version!
