The shape of the factory is a cube (Which makes it look boring). I would recommend using a shed roof shape.

The factory shape is kind of bland. I would perhaps try making it in the shape of an L or any unique shape. But in the end, this is good!
While the interior looks ok, I would say the exterior has a lot of room to improve. As stated in other replies, I would change the shape of the building. I would also add some more lights, not to better light the room, but rather for the looks, as two lights (what you currently have) isn’t very realistic. Other than that, keep up the good work!
