What do you guys think of this place?

Someone asked me to take a look at a game, and I’m considering putting a thread into the featured suggestion. But before I do that, I want to see if you guys think it’s worthy.

It’s basically an endless runner obby. Pretty neat idea.

I think the game is cool, but it has quite a few annoyances/issues which I think should be fixed first.

  1. Difficulty increase is too slow; The first round I played lasted for 6 minutes and 40 seconds…
  2. Fire seems really ineffective. It felt like the fire was broken because I ran into it 7 or 8 times before I finally died.
  3. Tutorial is a bit too long/slow. The tutorial itself is well made - except for one awful camera angle and one grammar mistake, but I think it should be possible to cut at least 3 minutes off of the tutorial.
  4. Chests take ages to open.

This game certainly has potential, but I think it might not quite be ready for the featured sort.

I played this yesterday after I found it on reddit; the creator was playing and I mentioned how the tutorial is too long and I didn’t expect the game I found after the tutorial (I thought it would be a static obby game but it was much better than that). Overall the tutorial is the biggest improvement to be made.

I was going to mention it for featured too; if there was another post where we could suggest them.
