I created this logo. Can I get feedback please?

The logo look’s pretty alright and has a clean/flat tone to it.
The text feels a bit off though with the white drop shadowy effect on the back.
I’m going to assume the background is a mountain though it feels empty and looks weird on the bottom.
Adding some faint clouds on-top, and some faint snow on the mountain to give it the “Shiver’z” feel.
The mountains on the sound look very odd In my opinion.
When designing a logo, you want to convey a message to the person who is viewing at it, from what I see from far away without the hint of the text is just a mountain. Convey some things to make it seem more shivery like adding snowfall to give it a cold feel.
Overall though, nice logo, I like the bold yet flat colors.

I agree with 3dhoan123 here, it looks very nice and clean.
My one problem with it is the text; especially the Z on the end - It slightly blends in with the background 
here.
I suggest either making the background a slight different color or the text a different color.
In conclusion: good work, just fix that bit.

Assuming (again) that the background is supposed to be of a mountain, I think the peak you’ve done is too pronounced. The use of darker tones in the background also slightly confuses me as I’m not sure what they’re supposed to be depicting here?
In any case I’d consider googling some mountain/arctic vectors for ideas or something.

The logo looks really decent, like the style you went for here is a few things to fix/change.

As other’s pointed out, is the background supposed to be a mountain, if your going for that style i would recommend. You fix the white shadow text effect it seems a little off you should probably use a different color for the background so! the text wont blend in with the background part. I would suggest you fix that a bit more!!

And the mountains. I would search for different mountains so they would look more like mountains, and add some snow on the text part as by looking at your logo it still could be improve a little more… And you should center the text part! it looks a little down.
Overall, you have made a nice decent logo, keep up the good work.

I like the logo! I think it looks pretty cool. I do think though that the larger mountain would look better with the darker blue, with the smaller mountains having a lighter blue.
Other than that, it’s simple which is a good style to go with!

I really like the logo design! It’s beautiful and gives a sense of cool temperatures. I feel like you should try playing around with color contrast to make the text pop a little more against the background (but that’s just to test it the current scheme is beautiful) . Also, with the landscape design trying adjusting the values of the mountain by making the mountains in the front a darker values than the one’s in the back of them.

Maybe add in some more mountains in the far distance. They could be very small and very light, but to make it seem more like the mountains.
