It’s pretty decent do you mind explaining what you’ve built so other users can provide feedback or suggestions? But since the build looks unfinished I think it could use a bit of work, it looks like a lobby from the looks of it but I could be wrong.
Is there a specific reason as to why? The place itself looks extremely bland with its current grey, colour scheme.
Firstly, I’d add some textures or colors on the building to give it more of a welcoming feel to it. The place itself is pretty big and the statue placed in the front doesn’t match the design you’re going for. It also could use some lighting or possibly lights hanging from the ceiling or around the build itself try adding some more plants in the front or remove the low poly trees as they don’t look good with the build however that is just my opinion.

Looks really nice, maybe have more of a color variation or some cartoony textures. It honestly looks bland.
Maybe add some low-poly terrain and more trees/scenery. I also noticed that there is no lighting in the structure. Add some lighting in the middle. I also think a fountain would help it look 10x better!

Maybe use a gold/darker grays. You can use a color scheme generator for them.
edit : Fountain might be nice in the flat area in front of the area. Maybe have a small plaza and the fountain in the center and benches to the side.

Basically you can generate colors that fit well together. Experiment with it and see what you like. I use it a lot when designing.
