They look good! My only feedback is to change some designs on some buildings so its not repeating and the street lights be higher and have a bit more detail, but they look good!

For street names your obviously going to want to theme around tropical. This can be achieved in multiple ways such as pirates etc. A few suggestions could be “Perch Street”, “Palm Street” etc.

Yeah, I suppose, but maybe grow the terrain behind it up a little bit so the text is clearer and it looks more like the original
