In terms of realism, their body proportions are way off. If they are a male, their shoulders should be around 3 times the width of their head, their shoulders look about 2 times. Plus, the shoulders should be more broad.
If they are a female, their shoulder width seems a bit better, but the shoulders are still uneven and aren’t symmetrical. Their shoulders droop down very low, which isn’t too accurate for both male and female.
The shading isn’t too great, as it looks pretty randomized all across, so that’s another flaw for this drawing. Their hair isn’t actually that bad, but then again there isn’t any shading where the hair flows in front of their forehead. Their hat is not shaded correctly, so more shading issues. Really, the only issue is that you aren’t correctly drawing the shadows in relation of the direction of the light. Try to learn the direction of light and how that effects shadows.
Their eyes seem unrealistically large and their geometry doesn’t make too much sense. Their eyebrows and mouth are a simple line, so that’s another flaw to be worked on.
I don’t think it’s semi-realistic, but as a more cartoonish style it could work.
You could try getting your drawings to more of a Japanese manga style art, as people like that style and are likely to buy your drawings if you were to do that style.

But it is your choice to keep your style or change.
Overall I would say it’s not semi-realistic but cartoonish, and needs some improvement. About a 5-6/10 for me.
