What do you think of (our) futuristic lobby?

Ok so I am making this science simulator and I made a futuristic lobby.

Note!

This game is not released yet so I cannot give a game link. So here are some photos (Don’t mind the bad UI. I do not want feedback on the UI.)

I will accept any form of feedback such as lighting, building, size/scale, colours and material and many more.

Lower the amount of neon you use, it can take a lot more away from a build than you realize because of the glow it gives off, even at a far distance.
There’s a lot of space in this lobby that could be put into better use, lobbies don’t typically look great when there’s so much empty space, especially at the corners.

What could I put in the corners?

It looks good, maybe tone down the neon, and maybe add something in the middle(such as a shop, updates wall etc.)

Other than that, you’re on the right path :upside_down_face:

While the material use is quite simplistic you should experiment with other neon colors red vibrant colors, mix with white or different selections to go upon. I’d add more detail to the floor or make different colors instead of the plain grey-ish scheme futuristic builds normally future dark grey with a bit of light grey materials or colors.

The building could appear out of place perhaps throw useful items or vacants in the corners shops/ buildings whatever fits the theme of your lobby you may want to include some useful pipes in sorting corners or areas just to make the lobby pop more.

The parts are kind of repetitive and basic - flat. You may wasn’t to include other additional details rather then copying and pasting a lot of objects.

At the start more effort could be produced into the build to make the quality stand out more.

Hello! the roof seems kinda tall and the “donation wall” does not fit the rest of the obby other than that you have a nice obby! Have a good day!

It’s pretty good but also looks a bit bland at the same time.
There’s too many bright neon parts, I would consider removing them.
The donation wall’s texture doesn’t fit with the ‘futuristic’ style you are going for, I would suggest making it fit well.
There are also a lot of empty spaces in the lobby, I would suggest filling them up with something unique.
And about the design on the walls, its pretty basic and looks repetitive, I would suggest making it more unique.

That’s all I have to say, anyways it looks great and good luck with your game.

Thanks for reading

Ok, thanks for your feedback.
(Read the message I sent u)

I am thinking of adding fan art on the walls, is that a good idea?
(not technically ‘fan’ art just any art

Personally I don’t think it will fit with the futuristic lobby style.
Although you could make a separate room for the purpose of fan arts, thats a great idea and will make it unique.
I suggest add some wires with unique patterns, a window maybe, etc.

I am remaking some stuff (I will send a photo when its done)
also no windows because it’s supposed to be like a facility that would maybe be underground or something…

Ok so, the donation wall:

and the neon lines:

Also, recently my dev made like a fading castle thumbnail/art. How do you think that is?

I think the neon floor behind the donation wall is also too bright…

So, what should I change it to?

Reduce the brightness or something. It just hurts my eye and it might possibly do for other people as well.

I just changed material to glass.

I think the Gui could use some work, and don’t use that much neon, lol.

1, I said do not mind the ui, I have not worked on that. 2, I got rid of the neon…

Oh, I’m sorry. I didn’t realized that.

Its ok, I will work on the ui.
