What do You think of this map? / COMENTS

Hi, how are you
This project has been one of my great successes dedicated to construction, and in short, an open world game, but I need your opinion to improve something that is missing or some recommendation since it would help me a lot to change some things

Wow! Seems a really big map! I haven’t any feedback, since the map looks great yet!

I’m glad you liked the construction a lot, however I will upload more photos of future updates and maybe the link, so that you can play, at the moment it is under development / thanks

This also looks really good! I have nothing to suggest to improve on. :+1:

Boo!

The sudden change from grass to sand is not possible or is it logical.
image
This gas station looks way too bland. I would suggest adding windows or some way a ‘potential buyer’ could see what they would like to ‘buy’.
image
Sorry for the pixelated picture, but unless if you are going to have over 50 people and just one gas station, I would recommend removing at least half of those ‘tanks’.
image
Uneven transition from grass to not grass.
image
This UI looks very boring. Nothing goes on here.
image
No possible way that a wind turbine could be this close to a city.
image
Why is there a cave right next to a city?
image
Not possible to have an oil tank right next to a city.
Also, fix some of your interior. It really doesn’t fit with the low-poly city theme.
My apologies for accidently hitting send. I was not ready.
Please, do note that everything stated in this post is merely based upon my opinion and first looks. You should not feel disheartened or feel the need to change everything. This is just feedback meant to help your building skills improve!
Sincerely,
FallinqSnowFlake :upside_down_face:

I feel like the transition from a pine forest to a desert (with cacti) is a bit too direct and unnatural, those two biomes aren’t really found close to each other, unless there’s a very, very big difference in altitude, or a rain shadow effect, which also needs mountains to exist. You could at least add some hills to mask it, otherwise i think that it looks great, keep on good work!

Take your suggestions into account my friend, however answering your question if the grass can go to the sand since I have traveled to places in my country and I have verified it, now about the service store if there are windows but from the part where it is looking and I can not put windows there for some frozen drinks refrigerators, but it is a point in your favor, the mill if it can be near a city (In extreme heat) separate that mill as well as add with Others are not exactly next to the city but rather far but I will send more photos, and on the interface you are right I will change it, However thank you very much for your suggestions as they help me improve

And where the grass disappears is due to the distance of the photo, however if there is grass there

You could change the color of some materials such as leafy grass and ground in order to create a gradient, i still believe that the transition is too sudden to look natural.
For example: Grass (green) → Leafy Grass (a bit less green, like dry out grass) → ground (with a yellowish tint) → sand.
The pine trees are not a very good choice though, although they do in fact grow in a wide range of conditions, they’re usually associated with a humid, temperate or subarctic climate, so either the pine trees should be replaced with deciduous trees, or the cacti should be replaced with a scrub-like vegetation.

Wow, that looks great! I love the pizza place one with the chairs and the design of the soda machines. The power plant looks very realistic with the steam coming out of the top. And the main city looks great! I just need to ask, what map is this game going to be? What game are you planning on using this map for?

First of all I want to thank you for being observant and for your response, and answering your question it will be an open world game, where you can explore different areas of the map as well as buy things, cars, houses, and more, I’m glad that there was liked my friend
