im personaly using blender!
Most developers use blender like me

Blender would be your best bet as it is the most used by all modelers, therefore it has a lot of good info for beginners and those new to modeling in general.

The free models library, or the roblox catalog. There are thousands of assets between the two of them, not the prettiest but saves me tons of time
