What does everyone think of my low poly plane? [Modeling beginner]

Here’s the reference I used.

Here is what I made

Just to let everyone know, there are no faces colliding.

I had a lot of difficulty shaping the engine of the plane, since I started with a cube.

Cool, it looks same like the real life one. But I might be proud if you will add this one to the tire.

Lol, I’m still trying to figure out what those things are and how it looks from other angles…

Those are skis for landing on snow.
I do see some issues, like the missing horizontal stabilizer, the wing not fitting to the top of the fuselage, and the exceedingly wide vertical stabilizer, wheels are a bit small, the engine cowls are not that big, and the wingspan is pretty small.
I’d never recommend making a model from just one picture. You just can’t get enough details of shape and scale of the item.

I did a registration search of the aircraft to find out what the actual aircraft is (the VH-VHA on the wing).
Here’s a link to the aircraft type CASA C-212 Aviocar - Wikipedia
and some 3-views of the aircraft CASA C-212 Aviocar | SKYbrary Aviation Safety
for reference.

Thank you so much for the feedback, it’s really helpful! I also thank you for taking time into researching the aircraft. I definitely will use these tips in future! ^^

No worries. I work in aviation and the registration search wasn’t too difficult.
I hadn’t seen the aircraft before so I wondered what is was, and the registration search was the easiest way to identify it.

When building models I usually take one 3 view picture and rotate it and align it in all 3 dimensions, then slide each image on the axis they represent to check how my model aligns with them.
