Hello I just noticed a new feature. The “Migrate To Latest Update”. Does that mean it is the latest roblox mechanics update? Or my game update???

I think this is just a Website version of the publish function in Studio, it publishes the latest saved version of the game that wasn’t published.
Is the Roblox game engine on the server side automatically updated in the background? I’m just wondering now that I see this 
Wait for roblox to announce it I guess, it’s probably something they’re trialing for beta users. Roblox don’t usually release public updates to the webite without announcing them first, meaning it is probably a beta feature that they’re testing for beta users (if you’re in the beta program that is).
I saw a lot of users have this. I even had an old account. I logged into. It had the same.

Everybody has the option if they own the game. I believe Roblox may have added it on accident, as they haven’t really explained what it does. I am gonna test it 
Maybe it’s equivalent to shutting down all the servers but the servers shut down over the next 1-6 minutes so that there isn’t a wave of rejoining players?

Or only shutting down the servers that are running an out of date version of the game.
e.g. I have 20 servers open. I update the game. Those 20 are out of date. Naturally 10 more servers open and 5 old ones close. Instead of shutting down the current 25, it just shuts down the 15 that are still out of date.

I’ve tried it a few times and can confirm that it does a few things.
- Shuts down some servers, somehow (Players report that servers were shut down when I click Migrate). I don’t know if it shuts down servers over time, or only shuts down old servers. I’ve just got reports that servers have shut down. These tend to immediately come in as soon as I press the button.
- Only displays newest-version servers on the server list.
- Clicking Play only puts you in newest-version servers.
