What does this error mean?

This bug randomly popped up.

I own the experience and it’s universe. The only thing that could’ve happened to it is I kept getting verification codes sent to my email around 10 minutes after I requested them. I did also change my authentication and 2FA access.

I’ve personally never seen this error code before. But looking at the error message, studio seems to be failing to gain info about you and your game.

Some things I would try:

  • Restarting your device (sometimes weird errors can occur when a PC has a failure and needs a good restart)

  • Check if Roblox Studio is up-to-date.

  • Log out and log back into Studio.

  • Uninstall and reinstall Studio and perform the same one above.

  • Try a different browser or device and see if the problem persists.

If the problem is still happening, you may need to contact support or get more replies from the forums. Hopefully, someone who knows more about this error can reply as well.

It wasn’t, but from what I found out, it wasn’t the issue.

Issue

I changed my password since from earlier I thought was compromised; I was logged out by Edge did not refresh the page so I didn’t know until I refreshed to check if my account was infracted.
