Delete this user ID from all your data stores and all in-game records.
If you don’t have any, then theres nothing to do.

im getting that exact same message for the exact same user yet after scanning everything that would potentially have that i found nothing
A user has requested to erase their data through the setting and because that user has played your game they send a message to you asking you to remove them from your game.
All your required to do is remove them from your datastore if you even have data on the player.
Roblox doesn’t check if you have data on that player prior to sending the message it’s just sent to every game the player has played, so if you don’t have data stored of them then just ignore the message otherwise delete their data.
