What exactly are the limits to paying out workers on Roblox?

Hello,
To get started, I have a group where I plan to payout members for certain jobs.

One of these includes background checks on newer members and answering questions on a group wall.
My question is, would I actually be allowed by Roblox TOS and rules to make these kinds of payouts?

I’ve read Roblox’s Community Standards article (https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203313410-Roblox-Community-Standards), and it defines inappropriate use of the payout system in section 30 as the following: “including offering payment in Robux for acting as a model for assets, joining groups, referring members, or role-playing in experiences.”

I was hoping the list of community standards would clear up my question, however as you can see, the above-mentioned reason for my planned payouts isn’t exactly listed.
Would appreciate it if my question could be answered by someone, or if someone could at least give their insight on this.

My apologies if I have posted this on the wrong topic, however I believed this to be the most appropriate.

The group payout feature is used to pay out developers. If your jobs are for development, (except for acting as a model for assets) you should be fine. However, if you’re paying people with robux to play your games, that’s not allowed.

The correct category would be #help-and-feedback:game-design-support

I’ve switched it to the appropriate category, thanks for informing me.

Alright so you can pay out for development, but what about things that fall under “community management”? That’s more of my question.

Yes that works. Plenty of groups have moderators for community stuff. I.e. Infamous Studios.
