If I recall correctly, those aren’t actually a font at all.
Somone hand-wrote those and uploaded them as a set of decals for all of the English letters (and arabic numerals 0-9) . Let me see if I can’t track down the Free Model…

I did a bit of digging and wasn’t able to find the original upload. But the earliest copy of the retro alphabet I found was from 2008!
The alphabet does indeed match the model you linked. And, in addition, the model you provided also has stylistically-coherent numbers as you mentioned, so I’ll be using it. Thanks!
