i’m kimathi. i’m not really sure weather this is the right topic so correct me if it’s not please. so i want to draw myself a profile picture based off of my roblox character. preferably cartoony.
i don’t have money to spend on this so please sugest free softwares i can use. thanks for reading developers.

You can use Gimp, Its open sourced. If you are looking for vector art or any other with minimalists, you can go for Inkscape.
Gimp = Photoshop
Inkscape = Illustrator

I use GIMP as well, but if you want something online, than just use pixlr, online photo editor
