Customuse is great but you only get 1 download per day.

I would suggest using Piscart, IbisPaint X

Customuse, as mentioned before is highly recommended for beginners. I wouldn’t personally call it a design tool, more so you get to pick templates, add accessories, custom images, text, draw simple shapes, lines etc. The customisation is Customuse is very lacklustre and I would personally not recommend it for more than small projects looking for a placeholder for clothing. (plus you only get one download per day)

If you’re a more experienced designer, you can use platforms such as Photopea (free) and other design tools.

Woah, Customuse’s generative AI clothing maker is pretty cool! (I can’t tell if it even works though, it’s just frozen. It should conceptually work pretty well though!)

I second Photopea.com, it’s just Photoshop but free and on the web–you don’t even need an account!

Edit:

I would hardly say it’s filled with ads:

Though I agree it’s annoying they block users with ad block.

It’s filled with ads, and tells you to disable your ad blocker just because ads are “apparently supporting” Photopea.

Yeah, but does the Ads appear every page?

GIMP is great, open source and not filled with ads software (But it requires you installing the software.)
