What happened to the surface button in models?

Did they remove surfaces for new parts completely? I’m trying to put a surface on my part but I can’t find the surface button anymore.

Deprecating Surface Tool API

Hi devs, Over the past few years, we’ve been removing the old-style Surface behavior in favor of better methods.
