What hotbar system does TSBG use?

Basically, TSBG uses a system for their inventory, I have seen it in many other games, I am asking, what is it? I want to make my own battlegrounds game but I do not know what to do /:

It’s kind of difficult to do, but basically it’s your own custom tool system (from how I understand it anyways).

I know how to make one, Just TSB uses a premade asset like topbar+, I have seen it in other games.

They don’t look identical, however. Unless you get a stolen one, it would be kind of difficult to get an identical hotbar to tsb

It does exist, I have seen it in other games, even some not fighting, however I cannot seem to find it? I think TSB has a slightly modified version but still

Like I said, it’s most likely custom made. I can’t find any community resources that look similar.
