What in studio sound effects do I apply to make voicelines be as crusty as the video in the post?

I just wanna know what sound effects and what sorta configurations to set them to in order to get something thats as crusty and disgusting sounding as the video.
Ive tried equalizer and reverb but I just cant hit the sweetspot, if you get me.
